We have established a full-process clean production system in line with the technical characteristics of wet smelting. In the leaching process, we significantly reduce resource consumption by optimizing sulfuric acid dosage and strengthening recycling. In the extraction process, high-efficiency extractants are applied to reduce organic carry-over loss. In the electrowinning process, energy-saving electrolysis technology is adopted to continuously lower the unit energy consumption of products. For wastewater treatment, a comprehensive wastewater treatment station has been built to realize deep purification and reuse of industrial wastewater, minimizing freshwater intake. Meanwhile, we strictly manage the standardized storage and compliant disposal of leaching residues, and actively explore tailings resource utilization, committing to reducing the environmental impact of industrial solid waste.
